You will need to pay for -
- Notice of marriage
- The attendance of any registration staff at the ceremony
- All marriage certificates - usually payable per certificate
The documents you require will include -
- Main identification like passports or birth certificates
- Proof that any previous marriage has officialy ended
- Certificate or other documantation to confirm marital status, nationality, residence and names
When the notices of marriage have been given, the bride and groom must wait a minimum 15 days before the marriage can take place. The marriage can then take place anytime within one year, otherwise notices of marriage will need to be given again.
